What to record for each appliance or system

• Name the appliance or system and choose a category, such as heating, kitchen appliance, or safety.
• Add the room and model details you will want to find later.
• Write down the maintenance task in plain language.
• Record the last completed date. When you mark a task done in the app, it saves today’s date and updates the next reminder.
• Set the next due date and choose a repeat interval when the task recurs.
• Add the warranty end date so an approaching expiration is easy to spot.

Build a schedule that fits the equipment

Use the appliance manual and local guidance to choose maintenance intervals. The app stores the schedule you set; it does not prescribe service frequencies or send push notifications. Export current maintenance and warranty dates to your calendar as one-day events, then export again if a date changes.
